Zavier Ndum Ndum presented his pioneering research on the “Design, construction, and calibration of an Avalanche-confinement Tissue Equivalent Proportional Counter (AcTEPC) for Radiation Monitoring in Space and Therapeutic Applications” at the 65th Annual Meeting of the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management (INMM) in Portland, Oregon. This project, which began as part of his master’s thesis at Politecnico di Milano, Italy continues to advance at Texas A&M University, where Zavier integrates artificial intelligence and Large Language Models into his work.
